Who is suitable for an ADHD assessment?

Any adult who feels they may need an ADHD assessment is suitable. ADHD symptoms are mostly recognised in children, however, symptoms can also persist into adulthood. It is not uncommon for people with ADHD to go through life without a diagnosis, only to be diagnosed at a later stage. It is also not uncommon for people with ADHD to go through life without ever receiving a diagnosis

If you are or feel you may be struggling with ADHD, you could benefit from our ADHD assessment package. Our ADHD assessment package is a multi-step process, involving a clinical examination, interview, observations and self-report questionnaires.

What happens prior to an ADHD assessment?

Our assessments include a QbCheck, which is quick, objective, and evidence-based. The QbCheck is used as an initial screener for ADHD symptoms, to see if you require our full ADHD assessment package.

If the QbCheck indicates signs of ADHD we will recommend you to complete the full ADHD assessment process.

If the QbCheck indicates insufficient signs of ADHD we will provide a preliminary report and recommendation summary to guide you on your next steps. We may also refer you on for another appropriate assessment or treatment.
