We provide children and young adults with immediate access to a comprehensive and holistic assessment for ADHD.

Who is suitable for an ADHD assessment?

We assess any child or young adult over the age of 6. Every child with ADHD or suspected ADHD will face different challenges and therefore, will benefit from an ADHD assessment. We endeavor to work with any child who may be showing behaviours consistent with ADHD. Our assessment is a multi-step process, involving clinical examination, interview, behavioural and school observations and self-report questionnaires.

What happens prior to an ADHD assessment?

We start our assessment process with the QB Check. This quick objective, evidence-based test is used as a screener for ADHD symptoms. Additionally, we are making use of an initial screener form to optimise our screening process. This means that you can make sure your child requires our full ADHD Assessment package before continuing the process.

If your child does not indicate signs of ADHD after this initial test, our team will still provide a preliminary report for you and make recommendation as to your next steps. We may also refer you on for appropriate treatment.

If your child does indicate signs of ADHD after the QbCheck we can complete a full assessment.

What happens after the ADHD assessment process?
