Notice: We are currently at full capacity and cannot offer screening assessments or ADHD coaching

When do we offer a report?

We offer reports as part of our full ADHD assessment package. We offer specific reports or general reports, depending on your situation. Generally, we provide reports after screenings, assessments, interventions, or reviews. This will help to provide a clear overview of information suited to your specific needs and recommendations.

What will a report include?

A report will collate an analysis of any information discussed with a member of our team. It will generally, include relevant information specific to your needs and an overview of your requirements. Anything that is covered throughout your treatment package or mentioned in the assessment process, will be provided in a report. This will help to give you a clearer idea of your next steps in supporting you on your journey.

Who will receive a report?

Our complete ADHD Assessment Package is ideal for anyone seeking a full diagnosis that is comprehensive and covers all aspects of their development. After completing our full diagnostic process, you will receive a full report.

How would a report be useful?

A report can be useful in many situations. It can be beneficial to have an official document containing all the information you need to help support yourself and your family, to better understand the behaviour and circumstances. Reports are also useful to provide a clear combination of relevant information taken from the assessment process. They are useful for having an official document which provides an accurate overview of your circumstances.

What areas of need do we assess?

Our mission is to help anyone with ADHD maximise their cognitive, behavioural, social and emotional abilities to allow them to reach their potential.

NICE guidelines

NICE guidelines recommends...

NICE guidelines recommend that once you have received a written treatment plan, the plan is shared between a healthcare professional and the person with ADHD; for children, this may be shared more widely (for example, with families, schools or social care, if relevant and agreed).
